SportsBiker jailed for posting Yamaha R6
stunt clips on YouTube
Sportsbike enthusiast Sandor Ferenci, 28, who posted footage of himself performing stunts on his 600cc Yamaha R6 at more than 130mph on video sharing site 'YouTube' has been sentenced to 12 weeks in prison. Ferenci, posted a mix of classic stunts and bike manouveres, which included wheelies and skids on the A422 road in Banbury, Oxfordshire. England UK.

Judge Terence Maher, sentancing at Oxford Crown Court, told Ferenci that he had carried out "lunatic and grossly irresponsible manoeuvres at considerable speed". In addition to the jail time, Ferenci was banned from driving for two years, and will have to take an extended driving test on returning to the roads.
The Yamaha R6 is capable of running up to around 16,200+ rpm, and has the one of the highest redlines of a four-stroke production engine. Such a high speed is close to levels known in 'Formula 1' engines. As always here at Sportsbikes.com we don't condone unsafe riding... but great wheelie Sandor. :-)
